Individual Case Management Services are available to individuals who are residing in the shelter, participation in The Havens Rapid Re-Housing Program and those who are receiving support services that are community based. Our trained team of dedicated staff is able to provide you with services to cope with complicated or stressful situations. We work one-on-one with you to assess your goals, resources, and needs to provide opportunities that give you a better quality of life.
